Return Policy

If the item's tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:

2 weeks from arrival of package for local delivery

You will be refunded in the form of store coupon code of the value of items bought (taking into account discounts given, if any). An email notification will be sent to you with the coupon code.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value (taking into account discounts given, if any).

Customers in the Klang Valley and Penang are welcome to exchange the item at any of our outlets.
