Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?
We deliver within Malaysia and internationally.
How much and how long does the delivery take?
For orders within Malaysia: We offer free delivery for orders above RM50. Otherwise there will be a handling charge of RM5.00. It will usually take 7 business days to reach your address and sometimes may take longer.
For international orders: We offer free delivery for orders above RM200. Otherwise there will be a handling charge of RM25.00. It will take 2 - 3 weeks to reach your address.
How do I place an order?
At the product page, select the preferred size, color, quantity etc and click ‘Add to Shopping Cart.’
You can quickly review your order summary by hovering your mouse over the shopping cart icon on the top right of our site.
To complete your order, click ‘Checkout’ and proceed with payment.
How do I check my order status?
You can log into your account and view Order History. From here, you can view order details, track your order(s) and confirm the safe delivery of your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and packed for courier, you will receive an email containing the consignment number and link to track the parcel.
If you did not receive any email notifications, kindly check your junk mail folder or contact our Customer Service at email@example.com for assistance.
I received an incorrect item.
We apologise for the mistake. Please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you ASAP.
I wish to return/exchange my order.
Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. You can return or exchange your item within 2 weeks of receiving your order. For more details, visit our Return Policy page.
